How fast is your shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our East Coast warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from its ship date.  If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes!  We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S.  You can select Next Day Air for $35 at checkout. See the chart below for delivery information.  This shipping cost is nonrefundable. We do not ship on the weekend of U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

How much does international shipping cost?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS

What is your online return policy?

For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund.  There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.

You have 10 days from the ship date to get your return postmarked back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Petersyn monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.



What if my return is late?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 10 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges.  If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.  Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

How do I return an order?

For our U.S. customers, we provide a pre-paid return label to make it super easy for your to send back.


For your return, please:

Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.

Make sure to note down your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return.

Stick the return label on the mailer.

Drop off the mailer at any UPS drop off location or schedule a pickup.

*Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your item(s).  We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

How do I return an order if I checked out as a guest?

For your return, please:

Click on “Order Lookup” at the bottom of the homepage.

Input your email address and order number. Click “Create Return” and print your label.

Stick the return label on the mailer.

Drop off the mailer at any UPS drop off location or schedule a pickup.

*Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff.  We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.


You can also choose to send your item(s) back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
